Very disappointed in the latest update. I cannot get the app to work correctly with my Echo. Live view ends wth camera not responding. Alarms, notifications and recordings are delayed 30 sec or more, making it impossible to see what's happening in front of the device 100% of time. Events no longer recording on SD. Issues appear intentional to force users to buy a subscription, reason is his AI detection and cloud storage. Device no longer a viable solution and I will be replacing it.

Got a Anapus WiFi cam, needed to use this Cloudegde SW. But it does not live up to my expectations. It installs and runs fine, but does not provide important functions: the device management does show the device, but clicking on it produces nothing. There is no option for timelapse recording. There is no option to properly setup event recording. No option to set length and quality of video recording or still image shots. So my requirements are not fulfilled, and I will return cam & delete app.

stop blocking my view! I've had my device for years. This last week I open the app so I can quickly see who's on my porch but there's a big add right on top of the play button for the camera. By the time I get the stupid add off it's too late. This has only been a recent problem, please fix it. I don't mind adds but please don't interfere with me quickly accessing my camera view
