It's great on the occasions it works. Getting connected goes relatively smoothly but there doesn't appear to be any communication between the amp and the app. I've followed the manual to reset my Bluetooth connection, cleared cache, rebooted, uninstalled/reinstalled, etc. Hope it gets resolved. Alot of money for an amp and this was a big selling point for me.

I've used the app for the iPad and it worked good until my iPad crashed, I have a droid phone and this doesn't seem to work for long before it changes the presets, or won't connect, it say transfer failed when I try to load from the library. I bought a new droid tablet and it does the same on it. Not sure if it's the app or a problem with my amp. It only works for less than an hour so I've managed to transfer a set from the library and wrote down the presets Let's how it does with no app

Disappointed, still not working, everytime I try and open the app it's telling me that unfortunately black spirit 200 remote stopped working and I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it 3 times already, and I know I downloaded the right app for the black spirit 200 amp head that I purchased and one if the reasons I bought this model because if the remote feature, great sounding amp though, just wish the App would work

Just to make sure: Do you have the right app? (there is an app for Head and Combo, and one for the Floor). Is Bluetooth activated on the amp? Does the amp appear in the list of Bluetooth devices? Or does it crash even without connecting to the amp? In general, it works fine
