WARNING: The differences between Pro and Max are not well-defined. I bought a full year of Pro only to discover I wouldn't be able to access 95% of the content on desktop. So essentially a waste of my money, as I couldn't combine my own the go learning with my computer, where Id actually be practicing. Separating Pro and Max into two different categories is misleading, and frankly a bit scummy.

I got the pro version right away, since I wanted to start learning programming and the excersises taught you very well in small and comprehensive steps. Though only AFTER the free-trial, I got confronted with a further pay wall, telling me, I would have to upgrade to a more expensive version to unlock the full app, to be able to learn on a desktop (which offers more content than the app version) and more. Great app, but too bad it isn't honest with the costs that are needed to really use it.

I tried to learn Pyhton few years ago through the traditional way with textbooks. I gave up. Maybe it wasn't the right time or I haven't had the right mindset. Now, I've been using Mimo since a couple of days. The basics are well explained, followed by some examples, and later some exercises to make the new learned content stick. For me, as a newbie, it's a great way to get into coding, especially the basics of coding. Though for someone more experienced it might not a good app. Recommend!
