Ratings and reviews

While I appreciate having access to music via my library, this library app has a mediocre user experience, especially via the search bar. I cannot Favorite albums, only individual songs. This is frustrating of I like a particular performer or soundtrack. There appears to be no subject searching for genres or styles, and Suggestions could be better. The only positive? The playback volume is louder than other apps, which is convenient for driving.

What gives? I am tired of all the download fails and we are only given 2 chances to redownload a failed song, which 99% of the time results in failing as well. The library pays for songs that we download and it's not right that you all still gets paid for songs that fails. My library gives me a 5 songs limit and every week I get failed downloads no matter how strong my signal is. I will inform my library of this issue since they are paying for this service. Fix the download fails!

It has a nice selection of music and allows a few free downloads each week. But it has a horrible search for location and always logs me out. Is there any way to stay logged in or save my library info? Frustrating.
