BackNet BackBest digitizes the administrative processes between bakeries that use BackNet Connect as a merchandise management system and their billing customers. BackBest offers you as a bakery and you as a customer more flexibility.
Vacation or sick leave? The order acceptance is understaffed? Multiple calls because you haven't reached anyone? The order quantity was not correctly understood or incorrectly recorded. Who should place the order earlier? There are questions about ingredients and ingredients of products and there is currently no one available who can provide information.
