About this game

Weltivity is a game for groups aged 13+ for 6-24 players. The game lasts 120 minutes. Weltivity offers the opportunity for a change of perspective. It arouses curiosity, empathy, openness, tolerance and a sense of right and wrong. The participants learn important information on the topics of climate protection, peace, justice, sustainable nutrition and consumption in a playful way. Moral appeals are not used, instead ways of showing solidarity are practiced. The players learn to see themselves as part of the people on earth who can only manage change together. At the same time, time plays an important role in the game, because it is also a matter of time on earth to change things for the better. Weltivity is a work aid that can be played "just like that" and also works as an introduction to the complex topic of "global learning". It motivates to deal with topics of global learning. Global learning also happens, but not only, "just like that". It is better if it plays a role wherever young people learn, laugh, sing and play together.
