they have gotten greedy and apparently have 2 plans. and have titles that, of course, are only available in the more expensive plan now. The worse thing is there is absolutely no way to upgrade to the plus plan! I've tried through Google, like they tell you, I've gone to the website, and looked in the app. there is no way to change the subscription. I used to love this app. no I cannot even recommend like I used to

THE WORST- I found the app useless for what I needed it for and not user-friendly so I cancelled the subscription. I have been charged twice since cancelling. The first time I received my refund quickly but the second time nobody is answering my emails and the help center is just AI bots who send me round in circles. I have been trying to get my money back for a month. Do not use this app. It's an absolute scam.

Awesome for non fiction art books!!! Unsure about fiction. That seems quite limited in comparison. Some scans are better quality than others but much better than having to wait for the library to get old tattered copies. A lot probably arnt in circulation anymore even. I just hope the price doesn't increase too much.
