I downloaded 1 document. App did not function as expected. I have worked to cancel my subscription for 1 1/2 hours. I have followed at least 4 different methods listed within this app unsuccessfully. Some just leading me around in circles, others that are not to be found in the real app. They must be making a lot of money on people who are not using the app and are not able to cancel their subscription. I would not recommend Scribd.

Such a bad app and service. I was pushed to subscribe to download a 3-site PDF. The pop-up told me I have to upload 5 files or subscribe to DOWNLOAD the file. I signed up and subscribed in the hope of downloading a file instead of taking screenshots. It turned out I can NOT download or print the files, but can only view them in the app. 😂 What the heck is that!? What the heck is that!? Easier to make screenshots and print them. I don't like the app at all. Just wasting money and time. Thx

earlier scribd was 1 later everand came earlier both had one subscription now both are demanding seperate so basically we are paying twice for what we used to I wanted to go through some documents, thinking I will be subscribing for both , like i previously did i re subscribed. completely disappointed. I don't think I will continue, earlier I did for quite some time. buy to pay for both is ridiculous. also unlike earlier many books are absent.Also many docs are only 1-2 pages.
