My favorite part of this app is how it asks me, after I enter my phone number and PIN, whether I'd like to use biometric login. And I say yes. And then next time I use the app, it's completely forgotten me and I need to log in again with my phone number and PIN. This is especially delightful when I'm trying to catch a train and don't have time to screw around with this *(@&*#$ app. I just want to buy a ticket with no hassle, but this app is all about hassle.

Worst customer service ever! On the 1st of April I was getting an authentication error on my account and I could not log in again. I had just bought a 10-ticket plan a few days earlier and only used one of them. I reregistered with the same number, and the 10-ticket plan disappeared from my account. I have now called customer care and she said nothing can be done about it since I reregistered. Seriously? Where do you keep your logs then? I actually used the same number to register! Never again!

Often not working at all with an infinite loop "your request is being processed'. Even when being inspected and the inspectors are often not well trained for the app and these failures. Pretty painful. So in the end, paper tickets are the only alternative.
