With the “My konrad” app for iOS and Android you can easily find a konrad bike, cargo bike or e-cargo bike at the stations in Konstanz, hop on and start cycling straight away - around the clock, all with your smartphone! The app simplifies borrowing and returning and always shows you the available Konrad bikes in your area.

1. Easy borrowing and returning:
Select the bike you want at the station, scan the QR code or enter the bike number and you're ready to go. The app supports you with the return by showing you the nearest station.

Ratings and reviews

Picking up daughter and closed E cargobike lock for 3 minutes. Then bike was gone in app and not available anywhere. Called support where I really reached someone after 3 minutes waiting. Told me it is available again. Tried it and app told me Bike was not at station. Dragged the 60-70 kg around 500meters to next station where it just told me the same "bike is not at station" reached no one as I tried to call again...

I keep getting message that i will be charged 20€ I parked the bike exactly at the bike station and they continue to warn me!
