Absolutely abysmal app. Doesn't notify you when shifts go up so you have to keep constantly checking all day every day and hope you get lucky. It's also so unreliable - the amount of times I've seen a shift pop up and the app just stops responding, when I try to book the duty nothing happens and when I refresh, the shift's already gone. Loop is a massive source of stress to me and I very much dislike it and in it's current state.

Unpredictable and unreliable. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not... Just when you're in dire need of using it. It logs you out automatically just to annoy you I guess or just because of an update. Sometimes it will tell you your not an authorised user... Annoyingly ludicrous! I wouldn't buy this app for a pound and I don't know how the NHS got hooked on this! 🤦 I have no choice it's got my rota in it... Should you ask why I have it on my phone. Just use desktop instead it works well.

new fault-cant see calender for my shifts since last update in may26. App rarely worked when trying to login with email but with mbl no login seems fine. i dislike the message elliment of the app as it if you dont keep ontop of your messages it jumps back to the top when viewing older messages, very time consuming. But if you view messages via the group on the other page you can view messages so much easier so i never use the message section now
