It's frustrating to use. If you accidentally rotate your phone or device, it backs out to the home screen and you lose your last scan point. Adds a lot of time to jobs.

We finally figured out that all the bad experiences were definitely because we were running the app on an iPad. We are now using our Galaxy 24 Ultras and it's so much faster

The app works very well on my S23. It does overheat, so hold the phone from its edges to maximize air cooling. This product showed great promise to help us manage our large facility, but not having tags (for assets) carry through model updates is an obvious problem. Perform one rescan, and all your asset (tags) information is lost to the old model. This means a hellscape of multiple models and no single source of truth. This one flaw holds matterport back from being really great for FM.
