Unbelievably Incompetent Service and Complete Lack of Professionalism This company is an absolute disaster. Customer service is nonexistent, and the staff are clueless. We tried their app for guest check-ins, but most links didn’t work. When we reached out to "support," we were ignored for a day. The eventual response was just another question, not a solution. They clearly have no idea what customer service means. This amateurish, disorganized company is a total waste of time and money. Avoid it

The app is a SCAM I've made a booking for a reservation through the app and I got scammed, no booking, payed rent + 2 deposits. Never got a link, or a contract,or keys, nothing from them. None responds, no phone number, no answer via email.
