The INTRICOM SIGNINGS mobile application is a multiplatform application, available from any browser and for different mobile operating systems, which allows companies to be covered by guaranteeing the registration of the working hours of all their workers, and solves the need to keep the records for 4 years remaining at the disposal of their workers, their representatives as well as the labor inspection.

The classic sheets printed with the worker's signature and filled in by hand with the entry and exit time are legally valid, but their file and documentation management makes them not recommendable. We must consider the obligation to keep all these record sheets for 4 years.

The worker files from a mobile application, being able to indicate the start, pauses, resumptions, and finally, the end of the day, knowing the hours worked during their working day. Through an agile system for generating reports, the administrator can access all this information from an online system, as well as manage it, organize it, and generate reports by employee.

Finally, add that the mobile device registration system has a geolocation service only enabled at the entrance and exit and complies with all the established legal requirements and does not imply any type of document management problem as it electronically archives all the registered data, so it becomes the most efficient, legal and economical system on the market.
