My Plenitude is a free application for clients of Plenitude, an electricity trading company in Spain. It is a complete tool through which you can carry out numerous procedures related to each of your Plenitude contracts, easily and quickly:

- View and download your invoices
- Review and consult your monthly consumption
- Request changes in rates, power, etc. at your supply point
- Provide documentation, meter reading, etc.
- Contact Customer Service
- Receive notifications of interest

Ratings and reviews

The worst app I've ever had to use. This app is so bad, I considered changing electricity provider, despite a penalty for early termination of contract. It won't let you change your data, neither email address nor bank account number. You have to send an email. Get real!!!! It's not 1995! Your competitors allow these changes via the app. I sent an email and the incident was closed because it was sent to the wrong department. Terrible customer serivce. Log in with biometrics doesn't work.

Funciona muito mal esta app. Quase nunca consigo fazer login. Dá sempre erro.
