Nivin is a complete application that will allow you to easily manage your staff's working hours.
Most of the functions are configurable so that the app can be customized to the needs of each company.
SIGNINGS
Tab made easy. PLAY & PAUSE.
Configure the different signings available for your employees.
LOCATION
Manage the location of the signings, as well as the users who are currently in the company.
INCIDENTS.
Easily modify the errors in the signings generating incidents to HR if the modification is from a closed day.
It allows users to correct errors in the signings of the current day and previous days, these being notified to the HR department and self-managed by the application.
SCHEDULE
Check your schedule from the app and keep track of the hours booked and pending depending on the shift.
STATISTICS
Compare the EFFECTIVE time and the ALLOCATED time for each day.
If you are Head of Departments, you will be able to see summaries of the transfers of the entire department.
If you are an Administrator you will be able to see summaries of the transfers of the entire squad.
REMINDERS
NOBODY will forget to sign in thanks to its configurable reminders. Something that will be greatly appreciated by the HR department.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT and HOURS JUSTIFICATION
Indicate the number of hours per day for each project that you have assigned and compare them with the planned ones.
