An absolute nightmare of an app. Can't log in. Says send email. Email already in use - yes obviously! Deleted all app info started from scratch. Sends me to POLISH website. Input code sent to email - says incorrect - NOT. Start from scratch again after wiping all cached data. Then the infamous message from UPS (check the Web). "A system required to fulfil... is unavailable please try later" Can't change address or email. Can't save anything. Never completes anything without error. Joke App

I don't know what the developers are doing, but everything they change makes the app worse. Expect notifications, NOPE! Expect to open the app and see things coming to you, NOPE AGAIN! I haven't received a notification from UPS in a long time, like longer than six months. I added a tracking number the other day, the next day it was gone. I added again today but when I went back later to see if my package had moved, gone again! Essentially, the app is useless!

I really like this app because it's free and it tells me when my package is going to arrive and if there's a problem they give you a window usually much more precise than what you get from the shipper. and if it's say a sort of mission critical item often you can see where the UPS truck is when it gets close so you can if possible. be there when it is delivered and this is quite handy!
