App constantly logs me out, and when I log back in all my tracking numbers are gone, making the app basically useless. I shouldn't need to reenter my tracking numbers every time I swap to a different app and back. ETA 2-16-26: Now the app just gets stuck on the loading screen. Let it sit for over 20 minutes and still stuck on the loading screen. Absolutely useless.

Useless app. Constantly logs me out. Doesn't pick up on incoming parcels. When I enter a tracking number it shows the tracking but doesnt add it to my incoming parcels and no option to save it so I have to enter the tracking number every time. For tracking, this app is more than useless, may as well just use the website.

I don't know what the developers are doing, but everything they change makes the app worse. Expect notifications, NOPE! Expect to open the app and see things coming to you, NOPE AGAIN! I haven't received a notification from UPS in a long time, like longer than six months. I added a tracking number the other day, the next day it was gone. I added again today but when I went back later to see if my package had moved, gone again! Essentially, the app is useless!
