Urbanitae Real Estate Platform S. L. is a real estate crowdfunding and crowdlending platform regulated by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), registered with registration number 4 and subject to European regulations contained in Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 and the Law 18/2022.

Urbanitae finances real estate projects of up to 5 million euros with the contribution of thousands of investors, mainly small savers, but also institutional investors and large estates. The minimum investment per project is 500 euros.

Los plazos de inversión siempre se alargan, reduciendo la rentabilidad.

El mayor problema de la aplicación son las constantes actualizaciones obligatorias, no te deja entrar a la app si hay una nueva versión hasta que el usuario la instale y esto pasa continuamente. Entiendo que haya que mantenerla y que siendo una app de inversión tenga que tener mejoras en seguridad y el backend, pero en este caso es demasiado. En cuanto a la parte de inversión, quizás he tenido mala suerte, pero he conseguido rentabilidades bastante pobres, especialmente por retrasos continuos.
