Ratings and reviews

Terrible use experience and customer support. They had a transfer on hold for two weeks and then rejected it without reason. They said they don't support sell of "certain products" but they never asked anyone *what* I was buying. They won't pick up the phone and at one point the solution to an issue I was having was too make an international call. Horrible, will never try to use it again

Put my transaction into pending status on a usual 5-15 mins process transaction without a clear reason. Customer service team were not keen in assisting to resolve the issue. Going through the most terrible experience in remittance in my whole life. Not recommended to use.

Money was transferred from my Paypal account to a mysterious account number in Bank of Ireland. I got no cooperation to resolve the matter, instead I was getting AI generated response soon after all my emails to explain the fraud. Very impersonal crowd. Never to be used again. No one listens to Customer complaints.
