Considering the price of Zennio products, this app ist a joke. IT takes a very long time to connect, often failing with a connection error. When switching between rooms the whole device reloadsbleading to even longer waiting times. There is no option to see all devices at once, it is forcing you to switch between rooms and constantly reload the whole thing. I would not have bought Zennio had I known that remote function is so poor. Edit: after the latest update the app won't load any devices.

Painfully S L O W to load app on my Samsung S21 on 5G network. I'm talking like 5 mins + of "waiting for smart home system to load". Often won't even load at all despite multiple attempts. Ain't no-one got time for that!!! Waste of time, faster to just walk to the light switch.

I spent thousands of dollars on Zennio products for our smart home. Expected to be able to control everything off this phone app but it constantly keeps having connection issues as soon as it connects to the touch panel. Wouldn't recommend Zennio products to anyone if you want reliable phone access.
