About this app

The Feníe Energía customer app allows you easy access to all your contracts and bills for electricity, gas, efficiency (self-consumption, charging points, lighting, reactive energy compensation, monitoring ...) and producers (representation of energy producers and monitoring ).

You can register from the same app or enter with the same username and password that you already had on our customer website.

Once inside you will find:

    - Start: At a quick glance you will have all the information you need about your electricity, gas, efficiency and producers contracts, a forecast of the next bill if your electricity meter is electronic and the breakdown of your last bill.

    - Consumption: You can check the evolution of the consumption of your electricity and gas contracts. In addition, if your electricity meter is electronic, you can access the hourly detail of your consumption.

    - Invoices: You will access the invoice history where you can view the detail of each one of them and download them or send them by email in a very simple way.

    - Contracts: You will see a list of all the contracts you have with Fenie Energía, being able to mark them as favorites and access them faster from the home screen. In addition, you will be able to see the details of each of your contracts and carry out different procedures.

            o Also from this section, you can hire other products that are interesting to you, such as, for example: another electricity supply, gas or request a quote to install self-consumption or a charging point.

    - Efficiency: You can ask for a budget without commitment for the installation of self-consumption and / or charging points in 5 easy steps. You will also find saving tips to be more efficient in your day to day.

    - Inquiries / claims: If you have any incident with any of your contracts, from this section you can create an indecency / claim and your energy agent and the customer service team will help you as quickly as possible.

    - Contact us: From this section we provide you with the different ways you have to communicate with Fenie Energía

            o Energy agent: In this section you will be able to access the contact details of your energy agent.

            o Chat: A quick way for when you have a simple question.

            o Email: You can send us an email to our customer mailbox and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

            o Telephone: Call us for free at our 900 number

            o Send us a message: Write what you want to know and we will answer you as soon as possible.

Ratings and reviews

Useful when it works. You can see how much electricity you're using. It stopped working as I couldn't log in last week. It informed me I was using the wrong NIE or password on both my phone and tablet. I am using the same password on a computer and that works. Over the weekend the app worked. However now it's saying it's the wrong password again. Unreliable again now. I do use biometrics too. Get it sorted please, otherwise it's not fit for purpose!

Worked fine for a while, then couldn't log in due to some security reason yet never received an email like it said I would. Eventually reset account now app crashes each time I try to log in.

It worked a few times, thereafter the app says they can't find me. I guess they don't want to let customers know how extortionate their charges are, before they drop you a bill and snap the money out of your account. 290 euros in jan22!
