About this app

The General Catalog of Andalusian Beaches APP is a free application created by the Junta de Andalucía, to facilitate access to information on the characteristics of Andalusian beaches from the point of view of safety. It allows you to consult the location, level of occupancy and general data of the Andalusian beaches, as well as access to tourist information and weather forecasts. Offers the possibility of adding favorite beaches from the map. Once added, it is displayed in the “Favorite Beaches” section, allowing you to view it centered on the map or use your mobile browser.

This catalog is defined as an instrument at the service of the different public administrations and citizens in general that allows knowing at all times the different types of beaches according to their classification, their physical characteristics, the degrees of protection by seasons, if applicable. , and the extremes related to security that are relevant for effective intervention and coordination in ordinary and civil protection emergencies.

Ofrece un Asistente virtual orientado a proporcionar información de ubicaciones de servicios (farmacias, hospitales, policía…), información de la playa (clima, tipo de arena, marea, tipo de bandera,…), protocolo en casos de ahogamiento, entre otras.
