About this app

P-app is Interparking's app for quick and easy access to parking facilities in Spain and Romania, without a ticket or reservation.

With P-app, you can enter and exit parking facilities using license plate recognition or a QR code on your mobile phone. Payment is processed automatically at the end of your stay, without needing to use a payment machine.
The app offers automatically applied discounts, access to special hourly or daily rates (multi-entry), access to monthly passes, and benefits such as electric vehicle charging (10% discount).
You can also check the status of your entries and exits, download digital invoices, and manage all your data from your mobile device. Ideal for drivers looking for a practical, contactless, and hassle-free parking solution in the city.

Ratings and reviews

The app worked well to register the car and payment card, the gates opened to let the car in - all good. The issue is that the pedestrain gates are locked, no barcode scanner, the buzzer didn't work and only a little sticker with a phone number allowed us to get help to enter - but it was a while before someone picked up. I'm using the app for convenience and speed (to not waste time paying for parking ticket) and they need to resolve the issue of pedestrian access for this to make sense.

Park here if you want a horrible experience, a waste of time and extra charging of a faulty system. You can not pay by card if you have a ticket. You pay for a whole day if you stay more than 3 hours, but you are charged extra if you don't exit in 10 minutes. The app? A bad joke. And you can't use it without a qr code. So if you have a ticket and no cash, get ready for a really bad experience of an unsolvable escape room (parking) Narrow parking lots and so litle space to move around.

Absolutely awful. It's unclear how to register and how to use it for a parking space as a tourist. The app makes you declare you're either Romanian or Spanish. No other countries exist apparently. I have no idea what it wants for identification number. It's overly complicated for a parking space. I'll remember this app when I'm in therapy.
