It's a great app. Just as with others, i too get the network error from time to time and the app doesn't work after that. Today, and this might help others, I noticed if I turned on a VPN, it stopped working. Once I turned the VPN off, the app didn't get the network error anymore. Hope that helps some of you out there with the same issue and helps supports figure this mystery out for what is otherwise the best widget out there for crypto prices.

It's nice to have some charts on my homescreen, but they don't seem to ever update. I have it set to 1 hour candlesticks with 15 minute updates, and regularly find that it hasn't updated for hours. Simply tapping the widget updates it, but I want it to always be accurate. I want it to be there so I have a chance to passively notice opportunities while I'm doing something else. The concept doesn't work unless it's constantly updating in the background whenever the screen is lit.

Good and useful app, don't get network problems like some other apps. One thing I am missing is daily low and daily high price shown somewhere on the widget. Also there is a bug when rounding. For example if the price of the coin is 55.34$ then it is ok, but if the price reaches 55.56 it will add 1 so widget will show 56.56$ instead 55.56$. Problem is when it passes .5.
