RoutineFlow is an ADHD planner and organizer that puts your success on autopilot by building a consistent daily routine with you. With this routine timer you can not only create a morning routine but organize your schedule for the entire week.

EDIT: I cannot move routines between Timed and Flexible. They get stuck. Support not helpful. OLD: Back in February 2023 I wrote on a Word document the most meticulous morning schedule, down to how many minutes it would take to do each task. This app was recommended by the Play Store, and sure enough... it does EXACTLY what I wanted to do with my Word document!!! (The document never worked by the way.) I've been following my morning routine with this app more than I ever have previously.

Absolutely revolutionary. It's exactly what I was looking for but made even more convenient (I love the possibility to change the timing for the tasks you took longer/less long to do). The subtasks made by AI can so be helpful for the most daunting tasks. Thank you so much for making this. But it seems the day resets at midnight? I wish users could change that, sometimes I do my evening routine past midnight and then it shows up as completed when I want to do it again before midnight.

I don't usually get the paid version of apps but I did for this one! This has been a great way of structuring my routines, as someone with ADHD. it's been especially helpful getting ready in the mornings for work now that I have a toddler as well. so worth it to cut down on decision making and helps me so much with time management and forgetfulness.
