Good customer service in English when I couldn't start charging

I have the badge. Whenever I start the session with the badge, my phone must stay in the car (I think due to the app), to keep on charging. If I dare leave the area with my phone, it pauses the session and thus no charge. Customer service didn't even have an idea of what I was talking about. I have lost many hours of my time due to this.

The worst UI and user experience! You literally can't use Reveo stations without recieving their card. You can't just connect cable to AC stations - the connectors are closed by lids and even when the application says: "connect cable" - you can't. The sign above the station says: read QR for using the station without registration. Well, I do and then my bank declines 75 euro payment! Damn, are you serious? This is 40 kWh EV, it's just 16 euro maximum! Sad but true: medieval technology
