Very disappointed in the latest update. Author is now pushing users into buying a subscription, this is not allowed in my area. I cannot get the app to work correctly with my Amazon Echo - Image transfer times out with camera not responding, ringing works fine. Alarms are up to 30 minutes delayed for the notification on my mobile and no one understands me when speaking through the mobile to the device. Live viewing is delayed several seconds or even minutes. VERY BAD UPDATE! REVERT!

Too much delay in notifications. Cloudedge app was an alternative to the previous app I had for cameras. It had delays and mostly no notification at all customer support said to use CloudEdge instead because the first app was suspended by Google Play. Not sure why but cloudedge has similar problems, concerned that it may have some sort of data breach, Additional Edit: customer service does not respond. Since the app version is exactly the same Mubview and Cludedge must be the same, don't work

I've run these cameras and app for a few years now. It used to work great as a stand alone system, with the ability to access the video of recorded events that were stored on the SD card, and having data stored on the cloud was subject to subscription. But now, it seems as though greed has prompted the developers to move all video data to the cloud, and hold it to ransom unless you pay a subscription fee. Pity this wasn't communicated to those with the app, because I would have not updated. CYA
