Ratings and reviews

Love the concept but the app is not well thought out and very buggy on top of it. That's why I only use it to keep track of my orders/adoptions. Just updated and now I only get a white screen on startup. Back to the website it is then. Update May 2025: The app won't let me sign in. It's stuck in an endless loop of me being required to enter login credentials just to land at the login interface again and again (username and password are correct, as I'm able to log in on the webpage with them).

Completely unreliable. Card payments go through whenever you are lucky enough. Sometimes it's not even clear if the payment has actually so the fear of being charged twice makes the whole thing a pointless experience. It used to work quite well, also if you had any problem with the deliveries, but now the customer service, at least in the UK is utterly incompetent. Not worth the trouble.

My shopping experienced with CrowdFarming has always been excellent, quality of produce was great every time. The app now is easy to use and has good sorting/filtering options. However, I would love to be able to see all the produce a specific farmer offers and to save favourite farmers / product types. Maybe something for the wishlist for the next app Version? :)
