Ratings and reviews

Could be good - but isn't! Been using for about a year, but it is very often unreliable in what it reports, and always very slow in what it does. For example, today the car has been on charge for about 90mins (green light pulsing) and yet the app says it isn't charging - when it clearly is! Unfortunately that is not unusual, and the locked/unlocked status is often wrong too. I wish they were actively working on fixing the bugs & unreliability, but it hasn't improved at all in the last 12 months.

Took ages to work and show any info. I get a notification when car is fully charged which is helpful. However, it says my car is unlocked which it isn't and that the boot is open which it also is not. I thought I'd be able to remotely lock the vehicle but it seems of very limited use especially when it's not accurate obviously. It might prove more useful in the winter to get the car warmed up and de iced but I'll have to that.Maybe the old app was better but I unfortunately never got to try it.

This app is completely & utterly useless. 2 drivers use this car, so I am set up as an "additional" user. The app does literally nothing. It shows me a car which flashes its lights. And that's it. The other driver doesn't use the app, so I tried taking over as primary user, & it wants me to reset the car to factory settings! Now they have combined the charge location app with this app, & I can no longer even see charging locations. Cupra don't seem to understand that 2 people can share a car
