About this game

A Dance of Fire and Ice is a simple one-button rhythm game. Keep your focus as you guide two orbiting planets down a path without breaking their perfect equilibrium.

It's pretty hard to describe, but you should play the free online version on a desktop computer first if you are not sure you would enjoy this game!

Features:

- 20 worlds, each introducing new shapes and rhythms. What do triangles, octagons or squares sound like? Each world has its own unique hand-drawn fantasy landscape, and has short tutorial levels followed by a full-length boss level.

- Post-game challenges: Speed Trials for each world and blisteringly fast bonus levels for the brave.

- Play new levels for free: more levels will be added over the coming months.

- Calibration options: Auto-calibration and manual calibration. This is a precise rhythm game, so please use your ears more than your eyes when playing.

WARNING: This is a hard rhythm game. Not in the sense of note-spamming - for the most part you just need to keep a consistent beat - but keeping a beat is not very easy. So don't worry if you find it difficult!

Ratings and reviews

I am absolutely in love with that game! I don't have it on PC, but I can easily tell you, that it's worth on mobile, even without Custom Levels (what I feel like is easily fixable with some mods or extra downloadables). So if don't really care about those downsides, it's a really great game on go, if every other game is getting boring! Even if you have 0.4s delayed audio output device, you can easily calibrate it anytime in game!

this is my favorite rhythm game for pc. id say right now its worth the price, but the devs plan to eventually make featured levels playable, which are high quality and iconic custom levels made by the comunity. this would not only pretty much double the games content, it would eliminate most of the fomo i see from people not being able to play cistom levels on mobile.

Great game! I managed to get the hang of it after world 7 and even though I broke my wrist raging on level 8 and above, it was fun! I bought the neo cosmos expansion, but the animation on the hold is really nice! might be confusing to adjust to, but I love it.

What’s new

This version includes a newly re-designed Pause Menu. It also includes support for refresh rates higher than 60hz on compatible devices, and fixes a Neo Cosmos installation error.
