I'm a software professional who has spent twenty plus years consulting large enterprises about building software. I can't figure out the pairing process for the life of me, never mind using the damn thing. It asks for Bluetooth to be enabled just to not use it later, then it wants me to connect to the robot's WiFi hotspot, only to not realise that I am connected to it and keep rotating the loading prompt. It's complete rubbish, I've never had such a bad experience pairing my stuff.

It is unusable. First, it could not draw a map. Now, I have 13 rooms instead of 5, most of them amoeba-shaped and actually belonging to the garden area. The robot claims to have mopped these even though it definitely wasn't in the garden and there wasn't any water in the machine. Also, the "clean the area in the blue section" has not been working since the last update, the button is unresponsive. I need to take this device back to the shop.

This app is a joke, honestly. Every other time you go on the vacuum it takes 10+ minutes to "draw" the map that is saved and hasnt changed since the last clean. You cant divide areas into rooms and it doesnt tell you why, it just failed, same for mergeing rooms. There is no information as to when or what needs to be done for a complete scan, it was trial and error. The robot is fine, but the app isnt, I would have returned the robot if i didnt get a great deal.
