one of my lights desynced and the app couldn't connect to them anymore. I contacted support but they didn't respond. I ended up reinstalling the app. it is now not paired with any of them but I was able to start repairing. if this happens regularly, I'm going to be really upset.

When I first bought the helmet and upgraded it to the actual version, it worked fine and I was able to configure the 3 riding modes with the app. But the latest two updates broke the connection, and now I'm only able to use the helmet in the basic modes, very annoying!

I only got my Fireflys (4) yesterday, and I'm hating them already. Horrible app! I can't get the light patterns the way I want them, can't get them to stay paired to the turn signal remote, can't sync my helmet, videos are absolutely useless. I don't care what these things cost, one more day and they're going into the lake behind my house. 😡
