This user-friendly mobile application contains all the Lyra Collect Back Office features allowing you to easily manage your e-commerce payments:

• Real-time transaction tracking
• Viewing transaction details
• Validation, refund, cancellation, modification or duplication of a transaction
• Manual review: Ability to validate or cancel pending transactions
• User settings: Change your settings

With your Lyra Collect offering, enjoy and offer more than 150 payment methods, ranging from the most essential to the most specific. This extensive range of payment options will enable you to precisely meet the expectations of your customers, increase your conversion rates, and expand quickly internationally.

Please note: Some payment methods are available in collection, while others require a connection (contract with the acquirer).

If you have several sites / stores using Lyra Collect, you can select one of them via this application.
The application is available in 4 languages that you can change in the settings: German, English, Spanish, French.
Secure access to the application: You will need the login and password of your Web Back Office.
