I have had scribd for a long time, since before it split. It's recent preforance is below par. when I open it, it usually just gives me a black screen or tells me something went wrong. To cancel the subscription you cannot do it from the app, but must log on, always a nagitive for mw. . When I enter the address in to the browser on my phone it automatically takes me to the app. So now I will need to find a laptop to cancel.

The files don't download on my phone. Also, I was charged after I cancelled my account and customer service isn't helpful. They are saying that I must have been charged for a different account, but I never had another one. And, interestingly, I was charged 1 month after I subscribed. Worst service, awful app. DON'T SUBSCRIBE!!!!

I like this app, found some comics and graphic novels that are hard to find. not fully sure on subscription cost, I suspend it now and again. if it were cheaper I would be more likely to keep it going all the time. but i do like the range of things available. and the ease of use
