BlockerX is a content blocker app. In addition to NSFW content blocking, BlockerX can also block gambling apps, gaming, dating and social media apps. It will help you in improving you stay focused and enhance productivity.

Main features:

1) Adult content blocker: Block NSFW / inappropriate content, distracting apps & websites with the click of a single toggle switch. Any mature/explicit content will be fully filtered, taking away distractions & potential addictions. If you want to block specific websites or apps, you can further use the app/website blocking functionality.

2) Uninstall Notification: It helps you in avoiding relapses & staying accountable to your goals. Whenever you uninstall the app from your device, we send a notification to your accountability partner stating that you have uninstalled the BlockerX app.

Other important permissions required by the app:

VpnService (BIND_VPN_SERVICE): This app uses VpnService in order to provide a more accurate content blocking experience. This permission is required in order to block adult website domains & enforce safe search on search engines at the network. However, this is an optional feature. Only if the user turns on "block across browsers (VPN)" - VpnService will be activated.

Accessibility services: This app uses the accessibility service permission (BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE) to block adult content websites. System alert window: This app uses the system alert window permission (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) to show a block window over adult content.

Loaded the app for my son, and added billing details because you cant active a trial without if. after logging in realised you need to pay for each thing you want to block. when signing up, it clearly stated "cancel any time". i tried cancelling before the payment, and could not find a billing page. i logged a ticket with support, no response. i sent a follow up to support, no response. now the money is paid, and i can see the billing options, but when you click on it, it says an error occured.

Update: UNABLE TO RECEIVE A REFUND AS REQUEST WASNT MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS. THIS POLICY WAS NOT CLEARLY ADVERTISED AT POINT OF SALE. When you first download the app, you take a 'test'. After answering those questions, the app tells me im 'highly addicted'. After that i get a pop-up for a limited offer on a premium subscription but you have only a couple of minutes to commit. I caved and immediately regretted it. I didnt use the app after that - I felt manipulated. I just want a refund

I just want to scroll a single reel sometimes without it causing everything to lock up! I don't have that blocked, so chill! It advertised it as being free ... But it's only free to download. it does absolutely nothing if you don't pay for premium. In response to the dev reply to this: I only leave one star because it's advertised as if I can try it for free first. and I cannot. False advertisement, and needs that option.
