Ratings and reviews

Cannot bind Russian-issued Mir card by Sber Bank Russia while traveling in Belarus. Payments by Ozon card are also unavailable in app while traveling in Belarus or residing in Belarussian internet (ozon.by). Technical support not responding. Search is awful, similar positions are too different to be similar. Looked for a touchscreen replacement of Lenovo brand and got similar positions for Samsung. They ignoring a lot of search parameters while building final result giving irrelevant items.

I can't put a zero here and that's a pity. App is vendor-centric, there is no possibility to really express the issues because reviews like that are not going through moderation even if they are very transparent and polite. And there is no place to express frustration about the vendor. So at least I really enjoy giving you a bad rating here. Please, save words to reply, I don't care what you can answer here as far as my issues are not addressed within the app.

FRAUD. I purchased a product with local delivery in 1 week. They changed delivery so I will not be able to try it, increased delivery to 1 month, doesn't allow me to cancel the order, ignores appeal and does not allow to contact support by their genius bot.
