I have been trying to list items for a few days now and the new tool doesn't work. Every time I get as far as 'next' after clicking the category, nothing happens. I don't understand why it was changed. Now I can't list anything unless I use a laptop which isn't convenient! This issue has still not been resolved, two months later! Etsy are no help. What's the point in creating an app that doesn't work?!

Was finding this app useful on both my phone and my tablet. It still works fine on my tablet, but wouldn't install an update on my phone, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and now it won't install on my phone at all. Have tried all of the suggestions in troubleshooting to no avail. Edit: I've now successfully installed the app. I still had the old Sell On Etsy app, so I uninstalled it and was then able to install this app.

It used to alert me when I had sold an item. But now that function has disappeared. I now have to keep opening the Etsy site to keep checking, the idea of having the app in the 1st place was so I didn't have to keep doing that. It was great to start with, but I don't know why it doesn't work anymore. I am thinking of getting rid of it. I will give it a little while longer to sort itself out, if I miss anymore sales (not alerted via the app) then it is gone!!!. Come on, sort it out please 🙏
