Ratings and reviews

I've been an 888 customer for many years now and I really like them. But their poker app is not the greatest tbh. The gameplay is slow, the avatars provided are a bit weird and nauseating to look at, and it is very easy to call instead of fold as the buttons change position when it comes to your turn. But it is stable - there are no disconnects like you get elsewhere; they pay out reasonably quickly; and the promos are ok. Overall I wouldn't put anyone off but there is room for improvement.

Why don't fix the errors ?? I can't imagine how the owner of a lucrative business like this can't find few a 1000s $ for fixing the errors. The snap poker part works flawlessly, not to mention the idea of snap folding is brilliant, but connecting to other type of game frequently makes the app froze. Maybe it's not even an app problem, but something with the server connection, and you could fix that switching server/provider. Eighter way, some troubleshooting would be necessary.

The new app looks nice however, the 'action' buttons move around which means you end up calling and raising when you intend to fold. I've gone to fold but if the player before you acts at the same time and puts in a horrendous bet you inadvertently end up calling as the fold button moves to the left, same when you just want to call, if play moves to you at that point you end up raising. The action buttons need to remain unchanged and for this reason makes the app non user friendly.
