Welcome to Our Booker – Exclusively for colleagues

In response to colleague feedback, you can now access Our Booker on this brand-new app. For the first time you will be able to access the site through fingerprint or facial recognition (if your phone is compatible), saving the need for constant input of codes.

The Our Booker hub is continually updated, and you can use it to access learning, all the latest communications, pay, personalised letters and benefits, company information, policies and much, much more! The site will continue to grow so please keep coming back to find out what is new.

To access Our Booker and see all the exciting material available to you, you do need to register on the website if you haven’t already. Details on how to do this can be found in ‘Help and FAQ’ at the top of the home page.

App won't open just says unexpected error then the app closes

Same as browser page, still need to enter 6 digit verify code along with password. Its easier to use browser then this.

The app is unable to log me in, even when I logged in correctly. Fix please.
