Easy to set up and connect to my meters. Participated in all the events so far and successfully generated many 'pending points' HOWEVER... only 1 lot of points have actually cleared to my account, the rest are still pending! What is that all about?? The service for checking the usage to pass the points for approval needs to be quicker than this. I'm doubting if the rest will ever get passed the 'pending stage' and if not then the whole rewards programme is 'pointless'!Update-points approved :)

A useless endeavour. Taken part in all the events since it started in November. Aside from the amount of points given being pale in comparison to the smallest voucher, every single one is still 'Verifying your savings with ESO'. I'm quite certain I could dispatch a snail to Australia and it'll arrive before these points do. In short, don't waste your time. Knock your electricals off for an hour every now and then to save money on your own terms, using this app is (literally) pointless.

If you want to raise your stress levels, then excellent, otherwise totally useless. The app doesn't allow you to enter your account number with the spaces as it appears on your bills etc. Keep getting messages telling me there is a newer version on the Play Store. When I go to update the app, I find there is no update available. Given up.
