I buy tickets. The app repeatedly fails to activate them, which you have to do as you get on the bus. My connection is fine, I've reinstalled the app, re logged in but it still doesn't work. Bring it to the attention of the operator and you'll be lucky if you get more than a ten word meaningless response. Also, this is the bus that runs from Oxford to London. Try planning a journey and the app tells you that you should check your spelling of the two cities. Unimpressive.

This app used to work fine. Now I can't enter from/to locations and reinstalling doesn't seem to change anything. My partner installed on her iPhone and she has a whole different set of problems. Had to resort to the web version which doesnt generate QR codes that can be used on a mobile. Something is seriously amiss

Shows inorrect time and won't sync whatever I do. Means I can't get any reliable info on specific buses, which is a much bigger issue now that they have different buses doing different routes. With all the other complaints on here surely someone should be looking to fix all these bugs.
