Ratings and reviews

Super easy to deposit your money, but good luck with the hassle of getting your money out. 8 times I've linked a debit card only for it to keep saying "link a debit card", had to set up a manual wire transfer because UK banks doesn't seem to be on their pre-existing options. Avoid like the plague and use a competitor, even robinhood would of been better than using this...

Absolute garbage. Cannot add bank account via the app via Plaid as even when it says it's successful it then changes it's mind. Adding account manually doesn't work as even once it's verified it doesn't appear as an option to withdraw too. Had to log in to the website to do anything so what's the point of this app. Information provided about your portfolio is useless as well beyond simply telling you what it's currently worth. A painful experience from start to finish.

I'll start by saying my experience with Gemini as a financial institution has been incredibly negative, so I'd already suggest potential users beware. That said, the app is quite terrible. It frequently crashes and has issues with basic things like connecting outside accounts. It is pretty and has some nice animations, but that doesn't make much difference when it lacks security features. Customer service for the app is awful and done through only email
