Worst application & bad service, I have been attempting to retrieve the statement for the past 9 days, but unfortunately, the server seems to be continuously loading without any success. I have followed the guidelines provided, ensuring that the mobile number registered with Navi and the bank are the same, and that the bank account is in my name. I was sending many mail & shared demo videos with them but still they faild to attached my bank statement. Worst application

Really disappointed after using the app for years. There is nothing to discuss. After closing loan, the information is not updated in cibil bureau which is affecting my cibil score and loan availability also. NAVI NOT ESCALATING THE MATTER. it's important for me to have the loan Closure status updated on time. Really disappointed with Navi Team.

The app is showing a credit limit of ₹ 10,000. However, despite of consistently trying to verify the bank details to avail the loan, it shows we couldn't fetch the details. I have been facing this issue since past 4 days. I have had a word with the officials of Navi app. However, they couldn't provide any approprite solution or any alternative option for the bank details verification.What's the point of having a team who couldn't even provide a proper solution for the issue the client is facing
