Ratings and reviews

The app does a reasonable job of providing a pretty basic interface for your connected renogy devices if and when you can get it to open, and therein lays it's main flaw. It's reliably unreliable, it fails to open more often than not which is both frustrating and disappointing.

Bought the 40amp charge controller with the additional BT1 Bluetooth for an extra £30. What a waste of money the BT1 Bluetooth is. The App doesn't work as indicated. No charts or trends work, the App is intrusive... Why would it need your GPS position or access to make phone calls???? Spooky or what? When you get the App to barely function the first time, you have to delete it, reinstall and register each and every time you want to use it. Renogy know all about this and won't fix it.

Honestly the most pointless app in history. It is unreliable, gives incorrect readings and is more focused on social media, 'community'(please read everyone complaining about how bad the products are) and selling stuff. The app does not read the correct info from a Bluetooth connected battery and the technical Support is non existent or extremely poor. 1 star is too much.
