App doesn't work properly! Constantly loading images and buffering, system crashes and closing. No help apart from "uninstall and reinstall the app" I am struggling with the app for over a month... contacted the team on 16th of November..... issue not resolved . Am I the only one experiencing this?

Awful! The first part of the form should be the last question asked!! The lists of suggested answers do not work. They vanish if anything is typed so have to scroll through every single time. Mind numbing! The camera controls are nil, focus no longer works right, so images are hit and miss. Worst, it sucks the life from your battery: 25% per hour on a Galaxy Note 9!! Unusable.

Hi Peter, sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the app. I can't seem to find you anywhere on our system, are you a tenant? It is alright but at the same time soooooo annoying when asking you every 5 min. if you want to give permission to the "Location" and if you press NO the app crashes and do crazy things, flashes.... Etc. If I say NO to the location once it don't need to ask me again and again !! Message to the developer: fix this issue instead of post a comment for me to get in touch by email, just fix it please 👍
