I have (May 24) downloaded this as a Omniplex Pass holder in the UK. It works perfectly. I can find films easily, book effortlessly and the ticket/QR code instantly appears in the app. Maybe the app had been updated since some of the negative reviews or maybe it works best if you are a pass holder. I wouldn't be put off.

App is dreadful. Have to book tickets on a laptop and screenshot the QR code they send in the email. With the app it's a 90% chance it doesn't work and 10% chance it does. Tried on multiple phones and friends have done the same. Needs to be fixed as it just doesn't work. Used to be able to open it in chrome as a workaround pre Covid but any updates they put out breaks it further. Really need to rebuild the app from the ground up as it's in a sorry state atm.

Absolutely useless. This App is rubbish. When I try to log in it comes up with an error all the time, and yes the details used are correct. When I try to re-register it says I already have an account and then let's me in. This is everytime. Don't bother downloading this App. If zero stars were possible then that's what I would give it. Totally pointless.
