I was able to use the app with no problem and it was useful for booking my pickup. My driver, Irfan, was very professional and efficient. We had a brief conversation but traffic was heavy, and I preferred to let him focus on navigating, which he did safely and speedily. An excellent experience and a low stress way for me to end my trip.

Must say that this app is safe and secure. App is easy to use and all details are given. Even meeting points are easy to follow. Drivers are very well educated and friendly. They even give you ideas on where to go. Questions asked are answered, too. I would recommend this app and their service to all who need peace of mind when traveling

Pick up at Bari airport was on time, app worked well with messages coming through easily. Car was not in great shape with broken seat belts in rear. However the return journey from our accommodation with a different car and driver was superb.
