Ratings and reviews

Jackpotjoy was once incomparable amongst all the other casino sites. However, and I may be wrong, but since it's parent company, Gamesys, were fined over £6m by the Gambling Commission, everything has changed. Since I opened my account and without fail, I would never have to make more than 10 or so deposits before making a worthwhile withdrawal. Since that fine, I'm over 30 deposits and have still not seen a return worthy of a withdrawal, coincidence, I doubt it.

Logging in takes a little while to get. Once in I want to go into the poker, it's takes me 2 to 3 minutes to get into the poker room. The site has recently been updated and there seems to be so many issues now. Very frustrating when you have to enter a poker by a certain time or you can't go on the the poker game. I've tried on other mobile phones that I have and it's still the same. Your tech guys need to look into this and other problems that occur too.

Used to be a good site with fairly good bonus rates. As of the last couple of months it's near impossible to get a bonus and when you do is extremely low win rates. £250 to get a bonus just to win a huge £7 and that's just this week alone. The double-up chance doesn't work either.
