This app was really good to begin with. Until auto Fill input a different email address and locked my account. Just as with the other comments on this ive contacted pampers for over 1 month now and this still isn't resolved. I have deleted the app, reinstalled the app, cleared history cache and everything else as advised. Absolutely nothing works. I am able to log in on my laptop so it's the app on my phone yet noone understanda this. No point emailing as still doesn't get fixed!! POINTLESS!

The app is a great way to receive free nappies for something you need to buy anyway for your little ones. It's super easy to use and there is extra missions available sometimes for you to take part in to be in with a chance of winning even more great prizes, against All For nothing. The only downside is Pampers have recently changed how many points you receive for scanning your nappies in order to receive points, this is much less than when I originally signed up! But definitely still worth it.

When I had my baby they were in the process of switching to a new app, so I did not have the chance to use the previous one. It has been now almost one year and lots of scanned packages. I must admit I did not have the best experience with e-coupons, but I got amazing support from customer service and I am happy now the app has the paper coupon option and that they can be used at Sainsbury's. They take a bit to arrive but the savings are worth the wait
