Useless app and useless service. As a couple having messed about for ages to get photo to work. Found out you need two profiles as a couple to buy a flaming ticket!! So gave up decided to buy on the bus but bus never turned up at Heathrow Terminal 2 after waiting over an hour in freezing cold. Don't bother is my suggestion

The times quoted on the app didn't match really. Both trying to get to the airport and getting back to the hotel busses didn't turn up and on both occasions we ended up getting a taxi. If there are no busses, please say so I don't have to wait around in the cold and risk missing flights.

The only thing good I can say about this app is that when I used it to try to get to my hotel at Heathrow, it gave me the times of the TfL bus services, which are far, far cheaper than the Hoppa busses! The Hoppa should cost £10 one way (2 adults + 2 kids) , while the TfL bus was only £1.75 per adult.
