Control and monitor your heating and hot water with Dimplex Control. Group heaters into zones to easily control and track their energy usage. Any time. Anywhere.

Your privacy and security are paramount. Dimplex Control is built on the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform, with end-to-end encryption between the cloud and your devices.

- Easy set-up. The app features a step-by-step setup wizard so you can start using the system quickly without having to leave the app. Simply connect your Dimplex Product* to a Dimplex Hub and gain control remotely through the App.
- Zoned control. Quickly view and change heating mode.
- Remote access. Monitor and control your heating from anywhere in the world using the Dimplex Control App** and a mobile data connection. Utilise Bluetooth to communicate directly with the Hub. This makes setup quick and never requires you to leave the app during setup***
- Monitor energy usage by the heater, zone or site with a daily, monthly and annual view.
- Control your hot water. See how much water is available at the set temperature (Requires a compatible Dimplex Quantum Water Cylinder QWCd).
- See faults reported on the app and request help using service mode.

* Only specific heater models and series letters listed above are supported. Dimplex Control support requires additional hardware. In all cases, the purchase of a Dimplex Hub (the model name ‘DimplexHub’) is required to connect to the internet and communicate with supported Dimplex products. Some products also require additional hardware to provide RF connectivity (the model name ‘RFM’) for communication with Dimplex Hub. Ratings and reviews

Based on my experience (with a mix of storage/panel radiators) the app is now stable, and works relatively well for a limited feature set. The ecosystem lacks the ability to integrate with anything external (Google Home / IFTT / Home Assistant), which is the biggest disappointment. It's also not the most intuitive, especially with economy 7 where you get more data on the radiators. Once you get your head around it it's not as bad as you might get the impression from many of the older reviews.

What an awful product. Slow, difficult to control, repeated times the app says it cannot connect to the panel heater. It DOES NOT allow me to send schedules to the heaters, even though it "confirms" it saved. I have 8 heaters and find find them and running at times I don't want. Given the cost of the Hub and each heater require expensive RF control modules. Dimplex need to put some effort in to making the system work. Costing a fortune. It is NO Tado! Sort it out!

Expectations not met as the App and the implementation of the technology by Dimplex is a bit lacking and not thought through. So, you cannot view the energy usage of any panel heaters via the app only storage heaters. And if you choose to lock any of the heater’s controls to prevent meddling (good idea) you then cannot access the heaters via the App! Yep, that’s right you have to visit each heater in turn and physically unlock the heater with its PIN and that restores access via the app.
